stem4 is a charity that promotes positive mental health in teenagers and their families/carers, education professionals, school nurses and GPs. The website has information on depression, self-harm, anxiety, eating disorders and addiction.

The charity has also developed free apps, including the well-known CalmHarm app which helps teenagers manage or resist the urge to self-harm. The ClearFear app helps children and young people manage the symptoms of anxiety. The CombinedMinds app helps families and friends provide mental health support.
