Anxiety UK

Anxiety UK is a UK charity for those affected by anxiety disorders. It is a user-led organisation, run by sufferers and ex-sufferers of anxiety disorders. There is a section dedicated to young people with information about various anxiety disorders. Anxiety UK has a daytime helpline (charged at standard landline rates) and an email information service.
